Election of Elders: We are seeking to elect 6 additional elders. A list of those eligible is available from the sign up desk for voting members to take away with them for prayerful consideration. Voting papers are also available for you to take away with you. Please note that you can vote for up to 6 persons and you must sign, print your name and state first line of your address on the voting paper and return it to the voting box in Mosaic. The closing date for voting is Sunday 15th May at 8.45pm. Please note that existing elders are identified by an asterisk and should not be voted for as they remain elders of kirk session.

PW: There will be a PW committee meeting on Monday, 9th May at 2.00pm at 15 Glenwell Avenue. Members are asked to bring their ideas for our programme for next year.
THURSDAY TOGETHER: This week are looking forward to our Annual Outing and visiting Mossley Mill again for Afternoon Tea. Would drivers please take their passengers direct to Mossley for 3.00pm. We plan to finish at 4.45pm.
FoG has finished for this year. Thank you to the parents who faithfully sent their children each week, the people who prayed for our group and to the leaders who gave up their Friday nights. Don’t forget our Holiday Bible Club 1st—5th August.
Belfast One World Run: This is a cross-community Charity Fun Run held on Sunday 22nd May, 3pm, Ormeau Park, Belfast. There will be 10K, 5K and 2K Runs and 5K and 2K Family Fun Walks. We are encouraging as many members as possible to join us for a picnic and help raise funds for Christian Aid, Trocaire, Concern Worldwide and Oxfam Ireland. Entry forms are available from Derek or Hazel Kyle. For those who cannot take part, there is a sponsor form in Mosaic, so that you can sponsor everyone from church through one donation.
Stain glass Windows – Leaflets: Recently we have completed a project producing leaflets on our stain glass windows. They are available in the holders to the left hand side of the centre doors as you exit and are free, so please take one away with you.
Annual Church Reports: We would like to collate a full set of church reports. At present we would like to find reports from 1942 – 1950. If you have copies of these we would be grateful if you would donate them.
