Meetings
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – Wednesday 3rd March at 7.30pm in the Church Halls. Supper provided. Special items of praise by the Church Choir. ALL WELCOME.

Mission Plan Committee will meet at 7pm on Thursday 54h March at the home of Mervyn Whittle.
ELECTION OF COMMITTEE
New Committee Members have been elected to the Committee. The list of names can be found on the announcement sheet. Their names will be put to the AGM on Wednesday to be sustained. Any objection should be put in wiring to the Moderator of Kirk Session before Wednesday.
Organisations
No Sunday Club: There is no Sunday Club today. Please note that there will be no Sunday Club leaders in the hall at 10.45am this morning. Sunday Club will start up again on Sunday 7th March at 10.45am in the McKinley Hall. All boys and girls aged 4-11yrs are welcome to join us at Sunday Club.
Catering Team “C” are asked to meet in the Burney Room after this morning’s service. Thanks.
Trash Fashion Workshop will be on today from 3pm to 4.30pm in the church halls.
Thursday Together : This week we will have Jean Black and Betty Wilson entertain us with songs. They will be accompanied by Jean’s husband Joe who will bring a short message from the Gospel. We commence at 2.30pm.
PW will meet in the Burney Room on Monday 1st March at 8pm. The Speakers will be Ms Lorna Quinn from Ballymoney. We welcome all women from our Church family and their friends to join with us.
The Hot Chocolate team will be out on the church car park on the following Saturday evenings:- 13th & 27th of March and the 10th & 24th of April. Please mark these dates in your diary/calendar and remember to pray for team and the young people. Please pray that God will be working in the hearts of the young people and that the team will have opportunities to share Christ’s love and the good news of the Gospel with them.

Would all conveners and committee leaders advise the Treasurer their budget for expenditure in this year as soon as possible.
Easter Newsletter
Would all organisation leaders (for reports) and those wishing to supply items for the newsletter please note that the cut-off date for Annual Report & Easter newsletter is the 14th March. All items and reports must be with Frank Murray by then so that they are ready for distributing by the 21st March. As this is always a hectic period please don’t wait until 21st but give your material to me as soon as possible. Thanking you in anticipation. Frank.
HOLIDAY BIBLE CLUB
Our Holiday Bible Club will run this year from Monday 28 June to Friday 2 July. Please sign the sheet on the vestibule table with your contact details if you are available to help this year. New leaders are very welcome to join us. We hope to have some planning and preparation meetings leading up to this year’s HBC – more details to follow. Thanks. Derek.
