MEN TOGETHER: On Tuesday 23rd February at 7.30pm. in the Burney Room Mr. James Davidson is coming to give us a talk on the history of Belfast Bakeries. All ladies of the congregation are invited to join us for this interesting evening. In order to determine numbers for tea, please sign the sheet on the vestibule table.

MEN TOGETHER: Our next visit is to the City Hall on Wednesday 24th March. In order to handle the tour our numbers are restricted to 30 on a first come first served basis. If you would like to come, male or female, it is imperative that you sign the sheet ASAP. Further details will be given later.

The Walking Club will meet on Wednesday, 24th February, at 9.30 am in the church car park.  We hope to walk in the grounds of Stormont.  New walkers are always welcome.

No Sunday Club next week:  There will be no Sunday Club on Sunday 28th Feb, due to Guide Thinking Day.  Please note that there will be no Sunday Club leaders in the hall at 10.45pm.  It will start up again on Sunday 7th March at 10.45pm in the McKinley Hall.  All boys and girls aged 4-11yrs are welcome to join us at Sunday Club. 

Thursday Together This week we are privileged to have BEN FORDE entertain our group.  An invitation is extended to anyone who would care to join us on Thursday.  We meet at 2.30pm in the Burney Room 

PW OUTING ON 8th MAY 2010:  Please note the revised amount of the PW outing is now £20.00

HOLIDAY BIBLE CLUB 2010

 Our Holiday Bible Club will run this year from Monday 28 June to Friday 2 July. Please sign the sheet on the vestibule table with your contact details if you are available to help this year. New leaders are very welcome to join us.  We hope to have some planning and preparation meetings leading up to this year’s HBC – more details to follow.  Thanks.  Derek

Youth Council Meeting:  There will be a meeting on Tuesday 23rd Feb at 7.30pm.

Mission Committee Meeting:  Monday 22nd February at 7.30pm in the Ministers Room.

Church Building

McKINLAY HALL CUPBOARDS: There is a MASTER PLAN on the vestibule table. The cupboards must be claimed by SUNDAY 21ST FEBRUARY otherwise they will be CLEARED and RE-ALLOCATED. Also any articles left on top will be disposed of.

Copy of 2009 Accounts are available for collection at back of the church for the next two weeks.  Any queries please contact the Treasurer before the AGM.
