MEN TOGETHER: On Tuesday 23rd February at 7.30pm. in the Burney Room Mr. James Davidson is coming to give us a talk on the history of Belfast Bakeries. All ladies of the congregation are invited to join us for this interesting evening. In order to determine numbers for tea, please sign the sheet on the vestibule table.
MEN TOGETHER: ( ADVANCE NOTICE) Our next visit is to the City Hall on Wednesday 24th March. In order to handle the tour our numbers are restricted to 30 on a first come first served basis. If you would like to come, male or female, it is imperative that you sign the sheet ASAP. Further details will be given later.
PW meets in the Burney Room on Monday 15th February at 8pm. The topic for the evening is “Old Favourite or New Discovery”. All women of our congregation and their friends are very welcome to join with us.

Youth Council Meeting: There will be a meeting on Tuesday 23rd Feb at 7.30pm in the Burney Room.
New Committee. Tuesday night was the last opportunity for those standing down from committee to attend. We would wish to record our thanks to all who have so faithfully served in this capacity. Votes will be processed at Kirk Session this Tuesday.

Moderator’s Appeal for Haiti. Thank you to all who gave so generously towards the suffering people of Haiti. Congratulations on raising £3300 (latest count). Committee agreed in anticipation of receiving an additional £600 via Gift aid that this amount would be added immediately so the full amount can be sent as soon as possible. If you haven’t had the opportunity to donate, please use the envelopes on the vestibule table. The money will be forward on Monday 15th Feb, so this is last opportunity.
Church Building
McKINLAY HALL CUPBOARDS: There is a MASTER PLAN on the vestibule table. The cupboards must be claimed by SUNDAY 21ST FEBRUARY otherwise they will be CLEARED and RE-ALLOCATED. Also any articles left on top will be disposed of.
Finance
1. Copy of 2009 Accounts are available for collection at back of the church for the next two weeks. Any queries please contact the Treasurer before the AGM.
2. Would the members of the finance sub committee meet after the service this morning in the Ministers Room.
3. Would all conveners and committee leaders advise the Treasurer their budget for expenditure in this year before Tuesday 16th February.
4. Members of the Finance Sub committee please attend a meeting on Wednesday 17th February, 2010. in the ministers room at 7.30PM.

Volunteers wanted: Home-start North Belfast are seeking new volunteers for their work of supporting families. If you are a parent/grandparent, have about 3hours to spare each week, and would like to know more please look at the information sheet in the vestibule.
