Art Club

The “Art Club” meets on Tuesday Mornings from 9-30am until 12 noon in the Dunlop Hall. There are normally between 15 and 20 of us , men & women trying hard to improve our drawing & painting skills under the guidance of our resident professional artist (Desmond Monroe).

We welcome adults of all ages and gender to join with us & have some fun, even if you haven’t yet painted a door in your house, Des. will for sure enable you to surprise yourself with your first painting in either watercolour, acrylic or pastels etc. We also welcome those with some experience who may wish to improve their skills.

The club has a Christian ethos and welcomes non-church members and church members of any denomination. Our tea/coffee break is around 10.15am, why don’t you come and join with us in a coffee & the usual craic, it will also give you the chance to see what we do. The Leader Jim Carvill would be delighted even if you just come for the coffee & a look around.
